OMRDON OMS-N/JK/3.0 Antenna Surge Protector is a high-performance surge protector (SPD) designed for modern wireless communication systems. The product provides reliable protection against induced lightning strikes for various RF signal transmission paths, effectively suppresses surge overvoltage introduced by the feeder, and guarantees the safe and stable operation of the antenna and back-end sensitive equipment.
This lightning protector adopts GDT protection technology and low-loss design, providing strong lightning discharge capacity (maximum 20KA) while ensuring excellent signal transmission quality, the working band covers 0-3.0GHz, and it can be widely used in 5G base stations, satellite communications, microwave transmission, wireless monitoring and all kinds of fixed/mobile communication base stations. The product complies with GB/T18802.21 and IEC61643-21 lightning protection standards, with IP67 protection level and wide temperature operating characteristics, it is the ideal choice to build a complete lightning protection zoning system from LPZ0A-1 to the front end of the equipment.

Installation Recommendations
In order to strengthen the lightning protection effect, it is recommended to connect an antenna lightning protector in series with each of the antenna outputs and equipment inputs.
The grounding wire should be as short as possible, with a cross-sectional area of not less than 4mm², and a grounding resistance of not more than 4Ω, and ensure a reliable connection with the lightning protection grounding bus.
Although this product is IP67 rated, outdoor installation is recommended to protect it from prolonged rainwater intrusion.
Maintenance Instructions
This product is a maintenance-free type of lightning arrester.
If the communication system is abnormal, you can temporarily remove the lightning arrester for testing; if the system returns to normal, it means that the lightning arrester has been damaged, please replace it in time.
